Blended Learning

Delivery Modes

The Academy offers two methods to deliver courses, Blended Learning & Face-to-Face.

We aim to make our courses as flexible and convenient as possible, so you can get the training you need, when you need it.

What is Blended Learning?

Blended learning is an online learning experience which allows the student to work remotely in their own time at their own pace. Blended learning is a cost effective way to fit study around your existing responsibilities and commitments with 24/7 access.

Our online courses are an engaging and interactive way to build your knowledge and skills using interspersing multimedia content, reflective activity, expert videos and pop up quiz’s. Our courses are narrated by a ‘Learning Partner’ that talks you through and explains the course content as you complete each unit in the course.

The online mode allows trainers to keep track of the students’ progress, therefore offering assistance to students early when needed.

The practical assessments are conducted on campus at two of our locations. You have access to a mentor throughout the duration of your course. This will be one of our qualified Trainers and Assessors. They are available during business hours via telephone and email to provide you with any support that you may need.

What is Face-to-Face Learning?

Face-to-face learning refers to courses that are delivered in a classroom environment by a Trainer.

Face-to-face courses are suited to students who wish to have that social element of training where they can connect with fellow students and trainers from a wide range of backgrounds. This mode of study combines reading, writing, discussion and collaborate practices. Students benefit from a Trainer being present throughout the course, to answer any questions immediately in an engaging and interactive way.
